How to Submit a Case
Cases are submitted to Vet Consult online through this web site. To submit a case, you must first contact us to obtain your username and password to login to the case submission area.
Once you have your username and password, click the 'Submit a Case' link in the navigation to enter the case submission area. You will be required to enter your username and password to login. Once logged in, you will be in the case submission area.
To submit a case, use the 'Click to Upload File' button to upload your case files to Vet Consult. Once you have uploaded the files you want to submit, fill out the case's information. The case's information must include your name and clinic, your email address, and the case's signalment, history and medications. You have the option to include any additional comments. Click the 'Submit Case' button to submit your case to Vet Consult.

Case turn around time is typically 1-2 business days.
